RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

IntelliSkin accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a full refund minus shipping or exchange within 30 days of original order arrival date. Upon receipt of returned products, IntelliSkin reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements. 
- All FINAL SALE products ARE NOT eligible for return or exchange
- If your product is returned within 30 days of purchase, the product is eligible for a full refund
- If your product is returned after 30 days and before 45 days of purchase, the product is eligible for store credit ONLY
- ONE EXCHANGE per product
- You will need print the return form and shipping label
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time. 
Return Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are only eligible for domestic orders.

INSTRUCTIONS

For all returns, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Confirm your products are in returnable condition; unworn, all tags attached with original packaging
  2. Email us at support@intelliskin.net and provide order number, and reason for return or exchange. 
  3. Return/Exchange Form, instructions to return, and a shipping label will be provided.
  4. Include form in package and attach shipping label to the outside.
  5. Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and up to an additional 10 days based on your credit issuer for your refund to appear in your account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Orders shipped internationally can be made through our online website and are processed in our distribution center.  The customer is responsible for all shipping, tax and duty charges, plus any other local governmental charges that may be imposed, as well as any return/exchange product costs. We DO NOT process returns for international orders. (Please be sure to follow the IntelliSkin sizing charts and if you have any sizing questions, email us here prior to placing your order.) 
Tax and/or Duty may be collected by your country and/or region and is not included in the shipping price.
