RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns or exchanges must be in returnable condition; unworn, all tags attached with original packaging. Upon receipt of returned products, IntelliSkin reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements. 
- All FINAL SALE products ARE NOT eligible for return or exchange
- If your product is returned within 14 days of purchase, the product is eligible for a full refund
- If your product is returned after 14 days and before 30 days of purchase, the product is eligible for store credit ONLY
- ONE EXCHANGE per product
- You will need print the return form and shipping label
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time. 
Return Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Confirm your products are in returnable condition; unworn, all tags attached with original packaging
  2. Email us here. Provide order number, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Return/Exchange Form, instructions to return, and a shipping label will be provided.
  4. Include form in package and attach shipping label to the outside.
  5. Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and up to an additional 10 days based on your credit issuer for your refund to appear in your account.

Precautionary Measures
As the situation with Covid-19 evolves our top priority during these challenging times continues to be health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
In doing so we have decided to take extra precautions and scale down our fulfillment facility for the total duration of the emergency, as advised by our home state https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/Immunization/ncov2019.aspx. All Intelliskin employees are being paid their salary in full and their positions are safeguarded.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Orders shipping to USA and Internationally can be made through our online website and are processed in our distribution center.  International shipments may take up to 4 weeks for delivery during Covid. The customer is responsible for all shipping, tax and duty charges, plus any other local governmental charges that may be imposed, as well as any return/exchange product costs. (Please be sure to follow the IntelliSkin sizing charts and if you have any sizing questions, email us here prior to placing your order.) 
Tax and/or Duty may be collected by your country and/or region and is not included in the shipping price.
