I really do like the support the bras give my back and shoulders. I'm still able to move but it still feels like it helps with my posture and shoulder pain. They are also very cute. I only have two complaints. First one, some of the rubber on the sleeves fell off. Maybe this was a defective one as I have two others that were fine. The second is my nipples showed through the fabric as there is just a thin layer of fabric to cover them. If they were lightly lined, this may prevent the embarrassing boob headlights. I have to wear nipple covers to hide them. Overall though, it's a cute and good bra and it does what it's meant to do.
