The Empower Sports Bra is the first sports bra developed that supports your front from the back, providing a gentle PostureCue-ing of the muscles that support and align your spine and shoulders. The sports bra is so comfortable, you can wear it daily and so functional that simply wearing it enhances and re-trains your posture.

Note that proper sizing is very important for optimal product functionality. The garment should be compressive, but not uncomfortable. Generally, the t-shirt size you wear should be the size you select. Refer to the size chart below for more specific sizing guidelines.
